Please be aware that if your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, customers must follow our return policy to request a refund. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, Beatricetee will cover the cost of return shipping and provide either a full refund or an exchange.

Processing and Shipping Time

Orders typically take 2-4 business days for processing and 5-8 business days for shipping. Once your order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
