Incorrect Items

  • If you receive the wrong product, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • We will arrange for the incorrect item to be returned and send you the correct product.

General Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered from their original condition.
  • Products must be returned with original tags attached.
  • Returns will not be accepted if the item has been changed for reasons unrelated to a manufacturing defect.

How to Initiate a Return

    • If the item is defective or incorrect, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
    • Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend trackable shipping for safe delivery.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
  • If returning a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost and refund the full amount.
